PTFE Coated Fiberglass is mainly composed of high-quality electronic grade glass fiber cloth and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The composite process is mainly divided into impregnation and coating. After years of unremitting efforts by our company, while ensuring the strength of the base fabric, the thinnest thickness can be as low as 0.04mm, which can meet product applications in some special fields. Its colors are mainly brown, black, white, and blue, its thickness ranges from 0.04 mm to 1.0 mm, and its texture is mainly plain.
Main feature:
1. Temperature resistance. Used between low temperature -196℃ and high temperature 360℃, with weather resistance and anti-aging.
2. Non-adhesiveness: not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean various oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, and paint can be easily removed;
3. Resistant to chemical corrosion, able to withstand corrosion from strong acids, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents.
4. The friction coefficient is low (0.05-0.1), making it the best choice for oil-free self-lubrication.
5. It has high insulation performance (small dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), anti-ultraviolet, and anti-static.
6. Good dimensional stability (elongation coefficient less than 5‰) and high strength. Has good mechanical properties.
7. Resistant to chemicals and non-toxic. Resistant to almost all potion items.
8. Fire retardant.
Application scope:
1. Anti-adhesive linings, gaskets, masks and conveyor belts; depending on thickness, used in conveyor belts of various drying machinery, adhesive tapes, sealing tapes, etc.
2. Welding cloth for welding and sealing of plastic products; plastic sheets, films, and heat-sealing sheet lining tapes.
3. High electrical insulation: electrical insulation tape base, spacers, gaskets, and bushings. High frequency copper clad laminate.
4. Heat-resistant coating layer; laminated base material, thermal insulation wrapping.
5. Microwave gaskets, oven sheets, food drying;
6. Adhesive tape, transfer printing ironing table cloth, carpet adhesive cured conveyor belt, rubber vulcanized conveyor belt, abrasive sheet cured release cloth, etc.
7. Pressure-sensitive tape base fabric.
8. Architectural membrane materials: roofs of various sports venues, station pavilions, parasols, landscape awnings, etc.
9. Used for anti-corrosion coating of various petrochemical pipelines, environmentally friendly desulfurization of power plant waste gas, etc.
10. Flexible compensator, friction material, grinding wheel slices.
11. “Anti-static cloth” can be made after special processing.
